The ac­qui­si­tion is expected to enable Opie Man­u­fac­tur­ing Group to offer an even broader range of steel products and services, including sheet metal fab­ri­ca­tion, pro­duc­tion design pro­to­typ­ing, and en­gi­neer­ing services for various in­dus­tries such as Ar­chi­tec­ture, OEM, Gov­ern­ment, and in­fra­struc­ture projects. Following the ac­qui­si­tion, Wilson & Gilkes will tran­si­tion to operate under the Opie Man­u­fac­tur­ing Group brand, further so­lid­i­fy­ing the latter’s rep­u­ta­tion as a leading provider of steel products in Australia. The purchase includes several brands, such as “Boscotek,” “Bosco,” “Argent,” “Lectrum®,” and “Gilkon,” thereby expanding Opie Man­u­fac­tur­ing Group’s product offerings.
